Jackie: Wie geht es Papi? Genießt er seinen Ruhestand?
Jackie: How is Dad? Enjoying his retirement?

Jackie's Mutter: Es geht ihm gut. Seit er herausgefunden hat, dass es auf YouTube viele Kochvideos gibt probiert er ständig neue Rezepte aus.
Jackie's mother: He's fine. Since he's found out that there are many cooking videos on YouTube he's been trying out recipes all the time.

Jackie: Das finde ich toll!
Jackie: I think it's great!

Jackies Mutter: Naja... kommt drauf an. Manchmal sind seine Gerichte kaum genießbar!
Jackie's mother: Well... depends. Sometimes his dishes are hardly edible!

Jackie: Haha. Ist er gerade in der Küchen?
Jackie: Haha. Is he in the kitchen now?

Jackies Mutter: Ja.
Jackie's mother: Yes.

Jackie's father: Hi darling!

Jackie: Was kochst du?
Jackie: What are you cooking?

Jackies Vater: Ein italienisches Gericht, namens "Calzone".
Jackie's dad: An Italian dish called "Calzone".

Jackie: Was ist das?
Jackie: What is that?

Jackies Vater: Im Prinzip eine zusammengeklappte Pizza.
Jackie's father: Basically a folded pizza.

Jackie: Verstehe.
Jackie: I see.

Jackies Vater: Kannst du bitte den Tisch decken?
Jackie's father: Can you set the table please?

Jackie deckt den Tisch und danach ißt sie zusammen mit ihren Eltern.
Jackie sets the table and afterwards eats together with her parents.
